In Self Service Licensing Center, Contact Customer Support will not accept my NIC ID. I cannot send message because "NIC/Host/Guard ID entered is invalid".

I need to contact customer support to determine what is minimum license level required for Quartus Prime Lite in order to apply security to MAX 10 device to prevent readout.

The Contact Customer Support form can only be submitted after providing "NIC".

I have entered MAC address of my network adapter in different formats: "A1-B2-C3-D4-E5-F5", "A1B2C3D4E5F6", "a1b2c3d4e5f6".

In Quartus Prime SW, License Options my NIC is displayed in small caps.

Let me know if you need more info.

      Thanks,

    Hi Sir

The NICID you provide "A1-B2-C3-D4-E5-F5", "A1B2C3D4E5F6", "a1b2c3d4e5f6" doesn’t exist in Intel Data Based. When we tried with the valid data, request is getting submitted.

I'm pretty sure the message posted here is showing a dummy NIC ID.

Quartus Prime Lite edition does not require any licensing, so I presume you are trying to get the Standard edition. What exact error do you get when you try to enter your NIC ID?
