In license-center disappeared one license

I have paid for two different licenses, but one of them disappeared somewhen in the last two years.

This is around the 1.000th time that i tell the same!!

I simply want it back!

Attached is the old license-file, wich is not still usable because my PC died.

    Welcome to Intel forum. May we know, have you re-generated your license.dat file? If not, could you help to re-generate your license file first. Generate your license in Self-Service licensing Center. Only the license administrator can re-generate the license file.

    Guidance: https://fpgasupport.intel.com/AlteraLicensing/license/index.html --> Licensing Center Home --> Computer and License Files --> Select a computer to generate a new license file.

      Hey AabdRahman_A_Intel,
      around a bit more than 2 years ago i have regeneratet that license-file!
      But how should i now regenerate something that is not or nowhere present?
      And yes, i tried everything to get it back, but wether the "old" computer-Name nor the license-name brought it back!
      And the activation-code is more than 150.000 mails ago.
      So it seems as if somebody has stolen my license-file! There is nothing that i can "regenerate"....

    Hi Sir

    Upon checking, there are 1 license tag to old NICID and no license recorded at new NICID

    F07959615830 - 1 SW-QUARTUS-SE-FX

    244BFE78AEE5 - No record

    May we know is this the license you looking for? If not could you provide detail?

      Hi,

      yes that is what i am looking for, but it is not listet in selfservice license center.

      I have to "rehost" it to the new PC, with the "new" NIC 244BFE78AEE5.

      Attached what i see:

      There is only the other license for the other PC for the older Quartus 8.1

      Oh lord...

      Within the last attachment you can see, that there is no tag for the lost license!!

      I simply want it back!

      My customer is not amused about so much killed time with nothing hapening.

      Hey,

      it seems as if we are one step forward.

      But unfortunetly under this username intel says that there is no info.

      Even while trying to get a new pasword i get the info: Info not found...

    If customer having password reset issue, kindly contact access and entitlement team at the following.

    • External user not able to login to intel.com (My Intel):
