I would like to install quartus prime lite programmer on window 32bits

Question

I download the following tools: (LITE version)

QuartusProgrammerSetup-16.1.0.196-windows32.exe

QuartusProgrammerSetup-18.1.0.625-windows32.exe

In order to install on the 32bits window PC.

When I launch the command line quartus_pgmw.exe , I get a popup than said me this command is not a 32bits command.

What i need to do in order to run this command on a 32 bits PC
