I want to enable a docker container to run openvino with FPGA support , however I am getting various quartus issues. jtagconfig does not detect the jtag hardware when running in containers. Is is possible to run openvino with FPGA inside containers.

Hi,It should be possible as long as you are able to detect the USB device (USB-Blaster).You may follow http://my-cool-projects.blogspot.com/2018/10/how-to-dockerize-intel-quartus-1801.html.
