I trying to generate seriallite_iii_a10 example design. When I use Quartus Prime Pro the design is generated. When I use Quartus Prime Standard the IP Parameter Editor stops responding and I am forced to kill Quartus.

Only the ed_sim directory with sub-dirs aldec, cadence, mentor, synopsys and tb_components are created with a total of 24 files.

I cant use Pro because I use IP that is NOT compatible with Pro.

Using :

Quartus Prime Version 17.0.2 Build 602 07/19/2017 SJ Standard Edition.

Quartus Prime Version 17.1.0 Build 240 10/25/2017 SJ Pro Edition.
