I made some mistakes when renewing "My Altera Software and IP Products" which now have different maintenance expiration dates (see attachment). Now I need some assistance to align the maintenance expiration dates. Please give some advice.

Could you provide the pc NICID(Mac add). And for privacy, you can also reply/attach your file in private message
