i installed Quartus 2 subscription edition 11.0 but it does not have devices installed in it. i downloaded .qdz file but don't know how to add it in the software.help me with it please

From windows search option look for 'Device installer' for Quartus 11.0 & then browse that device Support file.

I would like to suggest you that, if possible try to make a use of latest Quartus versions(Quartus 18.1 Lite is free).
