I can't order ModelSim*-Intel® FPGA online

I'd like to buy ModelSim*-Intel® FPGA Edition Software but when I click on the Buy link it gives me No results found https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software/programmable/quartus-prime/mode...

Thanks for you reply . When I try to Put the order it gives me Initial Ship Method Options . It's software why does it need a shipment ?
