I can not post a question after I log in to this forum using Microsoft Edge but if I use Google Chrome (as I'm dong here) it works fine. Within Edge just clicking on the "Ask A Question" button does nothing!

    Hi,

We can post/handle the question in Intel community using Microsoft Edge so it`s not an issue with Microsoft Edge it may be at your end.

can you try by clearing the cookies & Sign Out then close the Microsoft Edge after that open & try to post?

you can refer the following link,

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/corporate/webmaster-contact-us.html

why don`t you use Google Chrome? since it`s working fine to you.

    Best Regards

  • I will try clearing cookies tomorrow (and report back).

BTW, I don't like Chrome because one cannot have a Bookmarks Permanent Sidebar (as best I can tell), just the limited links across the top. I don’t like to always have to click to see a “Real Sidebar”. Never understood why Firefox, Explorer and Edge have it and Chrome does not!

I use a lot of URLs in a day!

  • No I have not! It's strange I can log OK and for example answer this question here using MS Edge. However I cannot start a new question using MS Edge. I have no problems doing so from Firefox. A few days ago I was referred to some kind of Intel help desk. I explained as I did here. All I got back was a form 'letter" asking for more details. No idea what details they wanted. Said so, no reply!
