I can not activate (license) the software I have purchased and I need support

Log into my account

Click on the link Find it with your Activation Code

Enter the code

Nothing comes up.

I click on "Contact Customer Service"

The webform will not let me submit a complaint (requires a valid activation code which is why I am complaining).
