I can not activate (license) the software I have purchased and I need support

Software part# SW-MODELSIM-AE

I go to:

https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html

Log into my account

Click on the link Find it with your Activation Code

Enter the code

Nothing comes up.

I click on "Contact Customer Service"

The webform will not let me submit a complaint (requires a valid activation code which is why I am complaining).

    Welcome to Intel forum. Apologize for delay as I was out for long holiday. May I know, is your problem persist? If yes, for further checking can you provide

    1) activation code

    2) your PC NICID (Mac Add)

    3) register email
