I am looking for the allowable storage limits of the part 10AX115N3F40I2SGES. I am also looking for the dimensions of the die and the case itself. Thanks, Sam

Hi,

Die size: 20.97mm x 16.12mm for 10AX115N3F40.

Storage temperature can be found in datasheet page-5
