HPS power is being analyzed for a device with an HPS without HPS power

Where is HPS Power Calulator Dialog Box in QII web edition?

In Q15 there is HPS Power Calulator Dialog Box in subscription edition but not in Web Edition.. these are my conclusions.. with update 2 maybe this dialog was added to web edition?
