How to purchase a license of Quartus Prime

I would like to purchase a license of Quartus Prime Standard Edition. How do I purchase it? If We can get it from only distribution agent, let me know that company, please.

    It was very unfortunate that I did not get the answer from AVNET.

    I got just an automated notification message on 16th September. Automated notification is below.

    "Thank you for your message. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible"'

    If it is possible, I would like you help me.
