How to preserve compilation results?

Back to modem Quartus from Xilinx side. I found my compiled status doesn't seem to be up-to-date inside Quartus Tasks Pane (no green tick, 16.1, 18.1) every time I try to open a report, Quartus star...

Thanks for reply, I recreated a new project and found no such issue. I am sure it's something run with my current project configurations, but it's not that important. I will close this question
