How to install usb-blaster in CentOS 6.3

Hello,

When I try to run run jtagconfig, I get the following:

1) USB-Blaster variant [3-1]

Unable to lock chain (Insufficient port permissions)

I running Quartus12.1sp1 on CentOS6.3, 64 bit machine
