How to install Quartus II on Ubuntu 11.10

hello all!!!

someone can make usbblaster run on ubuntu 11.10????

i did

1 add on /etc/rc.local

mount --bind /dev/bus /proc/bus
ln -s /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices /proc/bus/usb/devices

2 add on /etc/udev/rules.d/51-usbblaster.rules

SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ENV{DEVTYPE}=="usb_device", SYSFS{idVendor}=="09fb", SYSFS{idProduct}=="6001", MODE="0666", NAME="bus/usb/$env{BUSNUM}/$env{DEVNUM}", RUN+="/bin/chmod 0666 %c"

and when i did lsusb i see

but when i do jtagconfig

No JTAG hardware available

any ideia???
