How to initialize content of a RAM without using Megawizard

The VHDL '87/93 syntax has nothing to do with the read/write functions in the textio package.

I mean saying this:

FILE RamFile : text is in RamFileName;

instead of:

File RamFile : text open READ_MODE is RamFileName;
