New ContributorHow to get a license for quartus II 19.1?
I am working on my progject using Cyclone 10 GX, but i have not the license of the software ,so i can't run the quartus II 19.1.How get it? THKS

First confirm the type of license(refer: Intel Quartus Prime Software License) from link below,

Eventually apply for license through the Intel self service licensing center(SSLC) using link below,
https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html
if you face any issue with SSLC then use different browser for it.
