How to build a user library in quartusII

Hi,

As we all know,there is a work library in quartusII,

but I have some design unit which will be used frequently,I want to build a user library and put these design unit in it.

So when I use them,i just input "use xxx" like IEEE library.

Anyone here could help me? Thanks a lot.
