How many Serdes channels in the EP2AGX260FF35C4N?

For the Arria II GX device I’ve selected(EP2AGX260FF35C4N) the data sheet and the PinOut file(EP2AGX260.xls) indicates 16 serdes channels but in the Quartus II pin planner I can only assign 12 chann...

I upgraded to 11.1 and I still have the same problem. Avitar, what do you mean by you can "select" all 16 channels. See the attachment. Only 12 channels are availible. https://www.alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=5736
