How do I generate and use netlist in Quartus prime lite version

Hi, I am using Quartus Prime Lite tool. I have a requirement where in I need to synthesize our IP and get the netlist of that IP to use in some other project. I know that it can be done in license...

Unfortunately, there is no alternative. Incremental compilation features are not included in the Lite edition.
