1. Click on your icon in the right upper corner. Menu will open.
2. In the menu, click on message.
3. Click on edit icon:

Just to confirm that are you having issues related to quartus licensing?
For the private channels mention, once you confirm that this is related to licensing issues, our engineers will get in touch with you privately to further obtain the information mention for further checking.

Is this still working? I don't see a "message" option. Is this the same as inbox?I am also stuck and cannot find how to send a private messageNvm, found it. It turns out there are 2 "inboxes" and 2 profile icons on the top right corner ...
