Error (20268): Functional simulation is off but it is the only supported netlist type for this device.

As for the error, you're running the EDA Netlist Writer to generate files for a simulation tool, but you have functional simulation in the settings turned off. Either don't run the EDA Netlist Writer if you don't need it, or enable functional simulation like discussed here:
