Hi, I am using a tool for certain analyses on the netlist, the tools accepts the .bench file . Is there a way to generate .bench file from quartus . Any help ?

Do you mean test bench file? Here is the simple example
You can get Quartus to produce a shell testbench file by selecting Processing | Start | Start Test Bench Template Writer.
