How can I delete the megafunction in the Project?

Every time I compile my project, there are megafunctions add to project, automatically.

Because my project use max3000A(EPM3064ALC44-10）as device, that cause ERROR (marcocell not enough).

So, how can I stop this automatic process, or, delete the megafunction that already fill in?

Is any setup I should do?
