HLS support in Lite and Standard versions

Hi,

HLS is not supported in Lite version.You can use standard and pro version for HLS projects.

In standard you may find HLS directory without examples folder.

After you have helped to fix another issue (https://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=57953), the hls/ directory is in place even in Lite version :)

Now everything is fine!
