Hi, Is there any alarm or notification for user when "compile design" on Quartus is completed?

You can enable a sound, a dialog box, or use the cloud notification server to let you know when a compilation is completed. Go into Options in the Tools menu in Quartus to find these settings.

1. Enable sound, Tools->option->processing-> enable play sound option.
2. The cloud-based service provided by Intel to allow you to track compilation results and receive updates on in-progress compilations, Tools->option-> internet connectivity ->Notification.
