hi i have download quartus prime pro software... how should i lience it??

Have you purchased license?

Intel provides this license in a file named license.dat.

The free Intel Quartus Prime Lite Edition and ModelSim - Intel FPGA Starter Edition software do not require a license.

The Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software requires no license for Intel Cyclone 10 GX devices only.
