Help: Error code: 209031, any tips or solution for thiserror?

Can anyone advice on the solution below:

209031 device chain in chain description file does not matchphysical device chain—expected 1 device(s) but found 2 device(s)

Current using the Cyclone v GX fpga dev kit & quartus IIweb package 13 software

    If you are executing a tutorial, please take care for the DIP switch settings described therein.

    If you are exploring the DevKit on your own, read the manual chapter about JTAG chain and the related DIP switch settings. Set it up according to your requirements. Or let the Quartus programmer explore the connected JTAG chain and assign your programming file to the FPGA device.
