Hello, I need IP Base Suite, for full license. Sales representative for my country are not answering, and it has been months. Where can I get this package? Can I buy online? Can you tell me how much does it cost? I appreciate your reply!

I am working on an FPGA Cyclone 10, compatible with Quartus Prime Lite Edition. In order to use FFT core with no time limited, I need to get the IP Base Suite.
