Have anyone experienced this?

Hi Community, Last days i have experienced a strange behaviour with Quartus II 9.0 running on Ubuntu 9.04. I'm writing some class notes, so, a screnshot from Quartus II simulator is taken...

i experience occasional white screens on Quartus on Linux, but i don't know how to check block/unblock futex_wait. i usually restart the app. i haven't seen a pattern with other open apps, often there aren't any others.
