generate simulation setup script for IP

Hi guys

I have a problem with Quartus 16.1 pro . I'm trying to generate a simulation script for Questasim, but when I launch the generate simulator setup script for IP utility I get the following error :

spd file <file> not found. please generate simulation files for qsys file file.qsys before generating simulator setup scripts

Even though I did that step, it seems that te SPD file isn't among the generated files.
