Floating License Setup not working.

I have purchased a floating license from intel. I successfully added it to Quartus Prime and the NIC is matching. I followed the guide provided by intel and remove the SERVER lines in the .dat file. ...

Suspected this error occurs because the FlexLM library has been upgraded to v11.16.1.0. Could you help check on this? Kindly upgrade the license daemon software on your license server/client PC to the newer version. The new daemon software can be downloaded from the website. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/licensing/daemons.html
