flexlm license manager v22 won't start

linux flexlm license manager ver 22.2.0.94 will not start, since it claims license file is not an ascii or utf-8 file. Using ver 21.2.0.72 causes no problem when using the exact same license file, ...

Thanks for update. May we know, have you upgrade the daemon version to the latest. If not, could you upgrade to latest version? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software-kit/709649/license-daemon.html

• The new version is 11.16.4.0 (mgcld) and 11.18.2.0 (alterad)
