Fixation of the input wiring of LUT

Hi.

I am a Japanese student and have studied ring oscillators.

I want to research difference in its frequency by the input wiring of LUT.

However, wiring is initialized every compilation.

In addition, it is troublesome to set same wiring in Resource Property Editor when I generated other instance of the ring oscillator.

I want to know the methods that the input wiring of LUT fixes and applying the same wiring to other LUT then.
