Fitter Error

When running Fitter(Place&Router), I get the error: Can't place multiple pins assigned to pin location Pin_K22 (IOPAD_X77_Y33_N14)

But when I check my pin planner, there is only one signal assigned to Pin_K22. (screen shot attached)

What can be the possible reason for this fitting error? Thank you.

Does the original message have + or something that can be expanded that gives more information. Often those messages say what is trying to be placed there and conflicting.

I followed the following steps, provided by Sanmao in the Forum and it solved my error for now.

    Steps:

    •In Quartus-II select menu Assignments>Device...

•Select button "Device and Pin Options..."

    •Select the tab "Dual-Purpose Pins"

•Under the list of "Dual-purpose pins:" change the "Value" property of nCEO to "Use as regular I/O".

    •Click OK
