Hi,

the most important files in Quartus are :

<>.qpf (Quartus Project File)

Shows basic informations about your project like :

Quartus Version , Revisions ...

<>.qsf (Quartus Settings File)

Shows all your project assignments like:

all your added designfiles

pin assignments

synthesis settings ....

timing setting only for the classic timing analyzer

<>.sdc (Synopsys Design Constraints)

Timing constraints in case your are using TimeQuest as

Timing Analyzer

Do you need info's about other files ?
