FFT Megafunction :Fatal Error in VHDL

Hello Everyone,

I am working on my project , and i got this error while simulating my code

Fatal error in Process MEMORY at C:/altera/15.0/modelsim_ase/win32aloem/../altera/vhdl/src/altera_mf/altera_mf.vhd line 40031

Anyone had this or similar?

Any help would be appreciated .
