Error while trying to run Questa simulator

I think this is related to a licensing error, that I'm not sure how to remedy, but I just installed Quartus (Lite edition) and Questa. And quartus seems to compile a simple module and testbench modu...

Do you guys see the same issue with Quartus Standard 22.1 version as well?
