Error Requesting License from Legacy License Generator Webpage

I am trying to get download a license for Maxplus-II baseline legacy software (from the webpage (https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/licensing/lic-choose.html)). After I enter my host ID and email address, I get an error message (see attached). I believe this is the same procedure I have used to request a license for the last 10+ years (except for the fact that the page gets harder to find as newer tools are developed).
