Error launching external scanner info generator in nios II 10.1 for specs.c file

Hi

I created a new C/C++ Application in Nios II IDE. Gave the appropriate path and SOPC Builder .ptf file.

I added my .c and .h files and tried to build the project. But I get the above error.
