Error: Current license file does not support the EP2C5Q208C8 device

Just installed 10.1 Web Edition, compiled, and got this message. Why? I thought Cyclones were fully supported in Web Edition? Quartus identifies itself as Version 10.1 Build 153 11/29/201...

When I try to compile .bdf file in project I get messages :

"Error: Selected feature of TimeQuest Timing Analyzer is not available with your current license, or license does not exist"

I use Quartus II Version 10.1 build 153 11/29/2010 SJ Web Edition

Then I installed it on another PC and it works normal.

The OS is the same. Difference only in RAM.

Can I have this problem becouse I use only 512 RAM?
