Environmental variable issue for two different version.

I have installed quartus 16.1 prime standard edition. I also have the quartus 13.0 edition. when i run the TCl script, it is always taking the quartus 13.0. it not taking the 16.1 version. I als...

Are there any hard coded paths in the tcl scripts? Also look through the scripts and check that any environment variable used has been modified.
