EMIF Spec Estimatorについて

下記設定で試して見たのですが、下記ワーニングメッセージがでてきてフィルタリングされません。

Warning! There are no results returned with the filters you have selected. Please modify your filter parameters.

正常に動作するとなるとパラメータ設定がおかしいとは思うのですが、何がおかしいのかがわかりません。ご指摘いただけると助かります。

■設定パラメータ

・Device Family ：CycloneV E

・Temperature ：C

・Speed Grade ：6

・Interface Type ：Hard

・Memory Standard ：DDR3

・Clock rate ：Full Rate

・Memory Topology ：Component

・Depth Expansion ：1 Chip Select

・Interface I/O Location　：Any

・Maximum Freq ：303～400
