Early Power Estimator for SoC HMC Memory Interfaces

I am using PowerPlay Early Power Estimator V13.1 B9 for an Arria V SX. If I define a memory interface on the HMC tab, does this include the IO (SSTL 1.5) for the memory, or do I have to add the IO in the IO tab? This also applies to defining a memory interface in the HPS tab.:confused:
