Honored Contributor --- Quote Start --- That was it. I had made an innocuous change to the reset signal to two off-chip devices. I undid that change and now things work. I can't say that what I changed makes sense (since the on-chip functions, including the CPU, are unaffected), but it works. In the .bdf file or in the PLL component in the SOPC builder?
