Does quartus9.1 web edition support pci-e hard core in cyclone-iv?

Hi: Our team want to design a PCIe board use cyclone-iv. Does quartus9.1 web edition provide all resources we need, or we must buy the quartus9.1? Thank you!

yes, you can use web edition for CIVGX using the PCIe hardware IP block.
