Sorry for the inconvenience that caused you not able to access to the Altera website. Kindly check the below link to activate your Quartus License.

Kindly, try using the same username and password to log in 'Self Service Licensing Center'.
Then, follow the steps in the link below that I provided earlier. - Page 11 (Activating Your License)

New ContributorThank you for confirming that the Kit DOES include a one year license. I reviewed the licensing procedure before posting. However ... 1) Altera site does not exist. 2) What Altera Account? 3) The self licensing site has nothing for my user login (not surprising since there is no link between the kit and myself).. Essentially I'm asking for some assistance in getting the information needed to begin the licensing process.
