disable JTAG?

Now I've connected TCK to reserved "as output driving ground"

and tdi and tms to I/Obank 3A, but JTAG is still enabled

    I don't see how this should be able. To disable JTAG, TCK has to be physically connected to ground.

    JTAG is still enabled

    What's the exact problem you are trying to solve?
