Now I've connected TCK to reserved "as output driving ground" and tdi and tms to I/Obank 3A, but JTAG is still enabled

Honored Contributor --- Quote Start --- Now I've connected TCK to reserved "as output driving ground" --- Quote End --- I don't see how this should be able. To disable JTAG, TCK has to be physically connected to ground. --- Quote Start --- JTAG is still enabled --- Quote End --- What's the exact problem you are trying to solve?
